Ooma Office has codes to dial and a setting in Office Manager. The menu names come from Ooma's own help pages.
Ooma Office is Ooma's phone system for small businesses. Forwarding is set per user.

An admin logs in to office.ooma.com, opens Settings and clicks the user's line.
In the Call Forwarding tab, choose Enabled for all calls, or Enabled when devices offline. Enter your Gala number and save.
While forwarding is enabled, none of the user's devices ring. Ooma does not describe busy or no-answer forwarding.
On Pro Plus, a shared external line sends Virtual Receptionist calls to an outside number: Settings, ADD, then Shared External Line.
Leave Required key press on answer off. Otherwise the call goes to Ooma voicemail when nobody presses 1.
Every code and fee on this page comes from Ooma Office's own support pages, read on October 27, 2026. Providers do change their codes: if in doubt, their page is the reference.
Dial *72, then the number followed by #. *73 turns forwarding off and clears the number, *74 toggles it.
Ooma's help describes two modes: all calls, or only when the user's devices are offline.
On Pro Plus, create a shared external line to your Gala number and pick it in the Virtual Receptionist's call handling.
