Follow-up sequences that run themselves
- You send the quote, then you are on a roof for three days. By the time you think of it, the homeowner has signed with someone else.
- The first reminder goes out. The second one depends on somebody remembering, and nobody does.
- A customer needs to move Thursday's visit, calls twice, gets voicemail twice, and simply does not show up.
- Everyone on the team follows up differently, so a good lead gets chased twice and a better one not at all.
- Multi-step, Sequences: Day 2, day 7, until they answer
- 24h / 2h, Before the visit: On the channel they actually read
- Auto-stop, On any reply: Nobody is chased twice
- 0, Sequences forgotten: The list runs without you
What Gala does
- Quote sequences that don't stop at one: Quote sent, no answer, a nudge on day 2, another on day 7, each one written by you. The sequence ends the moment the customer replies or signs.
- Confirmation, then 24h, then 2h: The confirmation goes out when the visit is set, then a reminder the day before and one two hours out, on the channel that contact actually reads.
- Rescheduling handled end to end: When the reply to a reminder is 'I can't do Thursday', the sequence branches: Gala offers the next openings, confirms the new time, restarts the reminders.
- One sequence per outcome: Quote sent, visit confirmed, quote declined, nobody at the door. Each outcome starts its own sequence, with the timing and the wording you set.
- Stops the second they answer: A reply, a callback or a signature cancels the rest of the sequence. Nobody gets a day-7 reminder about something they settled on day 3.
- Voice, text or email, per contact: The sequence uses whichever channel that customer responds to. An older homeowner gets a call, a property manager gets an email.
One number, two languages, no surcharge
Gala answers in Québécois French or in English depending on who is calling, with no keypad menu and no transfer. Most providers in this market are built for English and Spanish, and several bill a second language as a monthly add-on.
Your data stays in Canada
The moment a caller gives a name, an address, or a payment detail, you are handling personal information, so ask any vendor where the recordings live. Here, data is stored in Canada, on a Québec-based application server, voice processing runs under zero data retention, and your data is never sold or used to train third-party models.
What it costs

Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from appointment scheduling?
- Scheduling puts the visit in the calendar. This is what happens around it: the second and third nudge after a quote, the confirmation and the 24h and 2h reminders, and the branch when someone needs another date. Booking itself lives on the appointment-scheduling use case.
- Who writes the reminders?
- You do. We set the wording, the channel and the timing of every step with you at setup, in French and English. Gala sends what you approved and nothing else.
- Does it chase unpaid invoices too?
- No. Invoicing and payment follow-ups are a separate use case, coming soon. These sequences cover quotes, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling only.
- What stops a customer from being reminded twice?
- Any reply on any channel closes the sequence. A phone call, a text back, a signature or a new date all count, so a customer who has already answered stops hearing about it.
